Monthly Training Fees:

• Each class's price is based on a yearly basis and is divided into 12 equal monthly instalments.

• Your first monthly payment will be due upon sign-up, and all subsequent payments will be taken on the same date each subsequent month.

• In the case where a payment date falls on a weekend or bank holiday, the payment may be processed on the business day prior to or after the scheduled payment date.

 Annual Membership to 2Pru Gymnastics Club:

• On 1st September, the yearly club membership fee is due for renewal for all existing members. 

• This payment is an annual automatic renewal.

• New members are instead required to pay a club membership fee, and the price will be based on the month they signed up.

• The Club Membership fee prices are available to view on our website.

Annual Gymnastics Insurance:

• All gymnasts at 2PRU Gymnastics Club are required to have valid and up-to-date Gymnastics Insurance to ensure their safety during participation.

• Without this, your child will not be insured and cannot participate in any gymnastics related activities at 2PRU Gymnastics Club.

• New members are instead required to pay a Gymnastics Insurance fee, and the price will be based on the month of signed up.

• If you enrol your child with us between April 1st - August 31st our website provider will state that this insurance cover will expire 5 months after the initial purchase. Please note that this is not the case and the true expiration date of this particular insurance package is 1st September.

Multiple Children:

• If you have more than one child please ensure each child has their own monthly training fees, annual club membership & annual insurance.

• We do not offer sibling discounts.

Cancellation Policy:

• In the event that your child no longer wants to participate in their gymnastics class at 2Pru Gymnastics Club, please complete our cancellation form on our website, found here.

• We have a 30-day cancellation policy, which means your child is allowed to participate in their regular gymnastics classes during these 30 days.

• If your monthly training fees fall within this 30-day period, you are still subject to paying this final monthly fee.

• Gymnastics Insurance & Club Membership is non refundable.

 

Refunds:

• Refunds will be offered in circumstances where the responsibility lies with 2PRU Gymnastics Club, such as staff shortages, extreme weather conditions, or facility failures.

• You are not entitled to a refund if your child is unable to attend their regular class when 2PRU Gymnastics Club is open due to reasons like child illness, participating in alternative extracurricular activities, or taking holidays/vacations.

 

Freeze Memberships:

• In extreme extenuating circumstances, please contact the directors of 2PRU Gymnastics Club to discuss possible options that may be available to freeze memberships temporarily.

 

How to Pay:

• 2PRU Gymnastics Club Membership, Training Fees & Gymnastics Insurance will be processed through our secure and online payment website provider.

Failed Payments:

• If any of the above three payments fail, you will receive an email from our online system.

• Upon accepting our pay link and addressing this payment issue your account will be marked as "paid".

• If you are unable to rectify any failed payments, please contact the club at your earliest convenience.

• Should you need to update any of your payment information, you can do so by logging into your account via our website.

  • Please note that if you attempt to update your banking/ card information when you have a failed payment linked with your account, you will not be able to save your new banking/ card information until all outstanding balances are made.​

 

Disclaimer:

After your child's free taster session, the following three payments must be made: Monthly Training Fees, Annual Membership to 2PRU Gymnastics Club, and Annual Gymnastics Insurance. Failure to make these payments will result in your child being unable to train at their next session(s) until all outstanding payments are settled. If you encounter any issues while setting up or managing your payments, please contact the club directly as soon as possible so that we can rectify the matter. Please be aware that all prices are subject to change.
